Our Values

  • Lordship

Jesus Christ is “the true vine” and we must abide in Him before we can bear fruit; apart from Him we can do nothing of spiritual value (John 15:5). He Himself declared that those who love Him will keep His commandments (John 14:15). As such we believe that the only sure foundation of the Christian faith and our lives as followers of Christ is nothing less than whole-hearted submission to His will and to His Word.

  • Evangelism

God has demonstrated His immeasurable love for us by giving His only Son (John 3:16, Rom 5:8). Sincere gratitude in light of this glorious truth is the root of our compassion for the lost; we love, because He first loved us (1 John 4:19). We desire for others to share in the joy that we have in Christ. We know that the lost cannot believe in what they have not heard, and they cannot hear unless we are faithful to go and preach. (Rom 10:14-15) For that reason we are passionate about preaching the gospel of Christ to people of all nations, cultures and backgrounds, that they may be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4).

  • Discipleship

We are committed to fulfilling the Lord’s commission to go and make disciples. We are dedicated to establishing each disciple in the Faith, in the Word, and in the Church, equipping them to minister, and empowering them to go and make disciples in like manner (Matthew 28:19-20).

  • Leadership

We desire to raise up faithful leaders firmly established in Christ and in His Word (2 Timothy 2:2). We’re intentional in identifying, equipping and empowering godly leaders across every generation for the building up of the Church and the advancement of the gospel of Christ.

  • Family

Family is the foundation and validation of ministry, and as such we will not sacrifice our marriages or our responsibilities to our children to gain worldly success. Our families will always be our primary mission field and our highest ministry priority as we seek to honour Jesus Christ as the first in all things, including our family (Col 1:18). As God has called His children to be a spiritual family, we value deeply connected relationships, and choose to walk in love, respect, and unity.
